FAQ's / SHOP POLICIES
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies - see individual listing for details.
SHIPPING:
All items ship for free in the Continental United States (unless otherwise noted). Tracking information provided with each order. Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska will vary -please contact me for pricing.
Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to size of packages. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address, miss-delivery due to incorrect address entry is not sellers responsibility.
If your item is lost in transit, I will do everything possible to assist you. Solstice Woodworks cannot be held responsible for orders once proof of shipment is generated. If your order is marked as delivered, and you believe it to be stolen, you must contact the shipping service directly.
LOCAL DELIVERY:Local delivery fees included in pricing- will contact about drop-off times after order is placed.
PACKAGING:Items are securely packaged using recycled and re-purposed materials.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:I do not accept returns or exchanges. Should your piece arrive damaged, please keep all packaging material that it arrived in and contact me as soon as possible (within 3-5 days) to begin the process at nicolelyddane@gmail.com.
CANCELLATIONS:I will accept cancellations and give a full refund within 24 hours from the time an order is placed, or if the order has not yet been shipped. Not applicable to custom orders.
